    michalkarmazon: Venus, Cupid, Folly, and Time by Agnolo Bronzino might  look like just another painting from the Italian Renaissance, but it’s made special by the fact that it is the source of one of the most famous feet of modern pop culture. Terry Gilliam used Cupid’s foot from the lower left corner for the animated intro of Monty Python’s Flying Circus thus ensuring the foot’s lasting legacy.

    Today at teefury I they have a rather awesome shirt. Let me explain it for you, you who live under a rock. It combines the Knights who say Ni with their love of shrubberies, especially ones that have white fences, and World of Warcraft, my subscription for which has run out :(

    Look what I found on etsy! Monty Python themed cake toppers. In case you live under a rock, this is referring to the scene in Monty Python and the Holy Grail where King Arthur discussing the migrating habits of unladen swallows, as one must have brought a coconut for Patsy to use as horse noises. They conclude that the swallows must carry coconuts between two of them. The scene can be viewed here and the toppers viewed here
